1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Abroads Tours.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
  • Group discounts may apply for bookings of 4 or more participants.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties.

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
  • In case of bad weather, we will offer rescheduling or full refund.

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email at abroadstour@gmail.com or through WhatsApp.

3. Tour Conditions

To ensure the best experience for all participants, please note the following:

  • All tours operate with small groups (maximum 12-19 people).
  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours.
  • Some tours may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please contact us for specific requirements.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Liability

Abroads Tours acts as a facilitator between travelers and local service providers (transportation, venues, etc.).

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
  • In case of force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours with appropriate refunds.

5. Newsletter & Your Data

When you subscribe to our newsletter through the form in the footer, you give us your consent to send you occasional emails with travel tips, tour news and special offers.

  • What we store: your email address, the date of your subscription, the language of the site you used and the IP address you subscribed from (kept as proof of your consent).
  • Why: to send you our newsletter. Your consent is the legal basis (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Who receives it: nobody else — we never sell, rent or share your address with third parties for their own marketing.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe, after which the address is removed from our mailing list.
  • Unsubscribing: write to ciao@abroadstours.com, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails — it takes effect immediately and costs nothing.
  • Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
