1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Abroads Tours.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
  • Group discounts may apply for bookings of 4 or more participants.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties.

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
  • In case of bad weather, we will offer rescheduling or full refund.

3. Tour Conditions

To ensure the best experience for all participants, please note the following:

  • All tours operate with small groups (maximum 12-19 people).
  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for all tours.
  • Some tours may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please contact us for specific requirements.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Liability

Abroads Tours acts as a facilitator between travelers and local service providers (transportation, venues, etc.).

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
  • In case of force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours with appropriate refunds.
