Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. In case of severe weather, we offer rescheduling or full refund.

What to expect on your day trip
Most tours depart from Milan Central Station (Stazione Centrale). The exact meeting point and time will be in your confirmation email. Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Small group tours have a maximum of 12-19 people. This ensures personal attention from our guides. Private tours are also available.
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen in summer, and a valid ID/passport (required for Swiss border crossings). Some cash for personal purchases.
Wine tours include tastings and light snacks. Lake Como tours don't include meals, but we stop where you can purchase food. Your guide will recommend authentic local restaurants.
Tours run rain or shine — Northern Italy is beautiful in any weather! In case of severe conditions affecting safety, we'll contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Yes! Lake Como and city tours are family-friendly. Wine tours are best suited for adults, though children can join without participating in tastings.
